This project, which is centrally located within Kiev’s central district close to the US embassy, calls for a 4,539 square meter office center. Total project costs will be approximately $15 million. HAP is acting as part of the leading management team and minority stakeholders in charge of negotiations and acquisition of the rights, working on the building permit and with the relevant authorities, and formation of the project team (including the architect, engineer, and supervisor). HAP is currently in the advanced stages of receiving the building permit.
