This project is situated on the main artery just off the busiest intersection of the Darnizky district. This immense residential district of Kiev City is home to more than 630,000 residents with an immediate catchment area of over 320,000 potential shoppers. The estimated total project cost is $100 million. The total constructed area is planned to be 60,000 square meters with a retail GLA of 28,000 square meters and approximately 110 shops. HAP is acting as part of the leading management team and minority stakeholders in charge of negotiations and acquisition of the rights, working on changing the zoning and plan with relevant authorities, and formation of the project team (including the architect, engineer, and supervisor). HAP is currently working on securing the building permit.
