Situated on the ring road surrounding Kiev, this project calls for 731,945 square footage GLA. The estimated total project cost is $162 million. HAP acted as part of the leading management team and minority stakeholders in charge of negotiations and acquisition of the rights, working on architectural plans with the relevant authorities and formation of the project team (including the architect, engineer, and supervisor). HAP is currently working on securing the building permit and is negotiating with prominent international retail and DIY chains as future tenants.
