This project calls for the construction of 3,126 residential units in the countryside of Ukraine.  Total project costs are estimated at $684 million. HAP acted as part of the leading management team and minority stakeholders in charge of negotiations and acquisition of the rights, working on changing the zoning and plan with the relevant authorities, formation of the project team (including the architect, engineer, and supervisor). HAP is currently working on securing the building permit, including changing the local Gen Plan and infrastructure development.
