This project consists of the construction of 360 residential units in the center of Lviv, the capital of western Ukraine on the border of Poland. Total projects costs are estimated at $42 million. HAP acted as part of the leading management team and minority stakeholders in charge of negotiations and acquisition of the rights, working on changing the zoning and plan vis-à-vis the relevant authorities, forming the project team (including the architect, engineer, and supervisor). HAP is currently securing the building permit and procuring the necessary bank financing.
