For this 10-unit building, HAP negotiated the acquisition of two adjoining plots of land from nine different sellers, formed the project team (including the architect, engineer, and supervisor), liaised with relevant authorities to join the two plots, and secured the construction permit. Construction is underway and six units have been sold.
