New Office Tenant Lands In MPD | HAP

NEW YORK CITY—Delos has signed a lease for approximately 22,000 square feet at 860 Washington Street. The newly constructed, 114,000-square-foot Class A office and retail building was co-developed by Property Group Partners and Romanoff Equities. The tenant Delos was represented by JLL‘s Aaron Ellison, EVP, and Joseph Armano, associate vice president. The building’s co-developers were represented by Cushman & Wakefield‘s Stuart Romanoff, Ross Eisenberg, Amy Fox and Josh Goldsmith.

RDG Global has inked a 13,500-square-foot lease at 530 Seventh Ave., extending its current lease of 9,700 square feet on the third floor and expanding into the neighboring 3,800-square foot space. Brian Neugeboren and Marc Schoen of Savitt Partners represented RDG Global, while the Savitt team of Nicole Goetz and Bob Savitt acted on behalf of the ownership.

ABS Partners Real Estate has secured a 12,017-square-foot lease at 1001 Ave. of the Americas for The Social Edge, a social media marketing and content management firm. The company will occupy the full 14th floor of the building, which is located on the northwest corner of 37th St., beginning this December. Jay Caseley of ABS Partners represented the landlord, 1001 Sixth Associates, LLC, in the transaction, while the tenant was represented by Deborah Constable of the Viza Group. Asking rent was in the mid $50s per square foot.

Property owner HAP Investments announced that Super Fi Emporium supermarket has purchased approximately 12,000 square feet of retail space at 2211 Third Ave. The 120,000 square-foot property, now under construction, will feature about 78,000 square feet of residential space, 12,000 square feet of commercial space, 5,000 square feet of parking and 700 square feet of community facility space. HAP and Super Fi both were represented by Faith Hope Consolo, Joseph Aquino and Arthur Maglio of the Faith Consolo Team at Douglas Elliman in this sale transaction.

Eastern Consolidated has arranged a 15-year, 3,800-square-foot lease on the ground floor and lower level at 175 Franklin St. in Tribeca for new restaurant Sushi Tatsu.James Famularo, senior director of Eastern Consolidated’s retail leasing division, represented the landlord, while ChefTatsuya Sekiguchi and his partners, Paul and Jean Dupuy, were represented by Elizabeth Kaneko of City Connections Realty.
