New York City-based international real estate investment and development company HAP Investments LLC has promoted Ryan Hardy to vice president of design and construction.
Prior to being promoted, Hardy held the position of project manager at HAP, responsible for overseeing the design and construction of the firm’s residential projects. Before joining HAP, Hardy was a project manager for the U.S. General Services Administration, where he managed development professionals including architects, construction managers, and general contractors on numerous federal construction projects.
Hardy holds a bachelor’s of architecture degree from Iowa State University and a Master’s Degree in real estate from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a licensed architect, and a LEED Accredited Professional.
