Manhattan, NY HAP Investments LLC, a New York-based international real estate investment and development company, launched a new project located at 284 Wadsworth Ave., between 187th and 188th St. in Washington Heights.
The new development, to be known as HAP 4.1, will be a six-story, plus basement, rental project. The 11,000 s/f building will be comprised of 10 one and two-bedroom apartments. HAP Investments and its architects have selected and will employ the Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) wall system for building construction.

This project continues on our path of providing much needed housing in diverse New York City neighborhoods.”
HAP is currently developing 11 other projects in Upper Manhattan, Chelsea and one in Jersey City, New Jersey.
