Michael Stoler and guests describe residential development today in terms of activity in 2006/2007. The residential market in Brooklyn and Queens is very strong though it’s “tough to make deals.” Coney Island and Rockaway – wonderful waterfront property – are slow to develop because the areas still lack transportation.
