HAP created the original design and managed the construction of this 45,000 square foot building with 96 apartments and 1,200 square feet of commercial space.  It is built on two acres of undeveloped land that HAP purchased. Apartments are being sold to international investors from England, Ireland, Germany and the U.S. and commercial space is being rented.  HAP will manage leasing for apartment owners.
