The Rebel at 65 Franklin Street will rise 19 stories above Tribeca, a neighborhood recognized as one of the most desirable places to live in Manhattan.

The over 101,000 square foot project will include: 41 luxurious, spacious condominium apartments with private terraces for select units, two floors of amenity space that provides residents with a fitness room, pool and sauna, resident lounge, and more. Automated parking spaces will be available for residents as well. The ground floor will provide approximately 2,500 square feet of retail space.

The building’s prime downtown location boasts boutique shops, restaurants, art galleries, and nightlife. Close proximity to several subway lines will allow residents to travel anywhere in New York City conveniently. The expected total sales will exceed $200 million. The project has already broken ground and is expected to be completed in 2024.
