HAP Investments LLC has promoted Andrea Lawrence to deputy CEO and general counsel, effective immediately. She will work directly with CEO and co-founder Eran Polack to plan, develop and manage HAP Investments’ real estate portfolio, along with continuing her role as GC.

Andrea’s unparalleled business and legal acumen will be critical in meeting this objective.”
Lawrence has over 20 years experience handling complex real estate transactions and related commercial disputes. Prior to joining HAP as GC in 2013, she was a partner at several large New York City law firms, where she focused her practice on commercial real estate litigation and transactions.
