HAP Investments Seeks Community Input on 329 Pleasant Ave Façade | HAP

HAP Investments, a New York-based international real estate investment and development company, is seeking community involvement through a unique poll to determine preference for the facade colors on its under-construction HAP 5 development at 329 Pleasant Ave. in New York City.

Designed by Karim Rashid, HAP 5 will be an eight-story building comprising of 20 rental apartments on a 0.1-acre lot in the East Harlem submarket of Manhattan, one block east of First Ave. and 117th Street.

“Community members said they wanted to participate in helping to design this new building and we agreed to poll the community on its choice of façade colors,” said Eran Polack, co-founder and CEO of HAP Investments. “We believe this is the first ever poll of its kind and we are giving community members the chance to have their voices heard through both an online survey, as well as through an in-person poll at the site.”

The online survey, available here, will be open between September 23rd and October 3rd. In addition, representatives of HAP Investments will be on-site the last two days to poll residents and answer questions.
