HAP Investments hires two project managers: Mohamed and Arrington | HAP

New York, NY According to HAP Investments LLC, Amr Mohamed and Michelle Arrington have joined the firm as a project managers.

“We are very pleased to have Amr join as a project manager for Hap’s residential projects,” said Eran Polack, co-founder and CEO of HAP Investments. “He has great construction, design, and project management experience in the real estate industry. He brings skills and background that will play a key part in the success of HAP’s projects.”

Mohamed brings over nine years of design, construction, and project management experience to his position with HAP. He has worked on various types of projects with Hunter Roberts, Sordoni, and most notably with Columbia University where he was part of the management team for the Manhattanville campus. Some of the projects that he worked on included the NY Redbulls Stadium, FMC Corp Laboratory, The Jerome L. Green Science center, and two Hilton Hotels.

Amr holds a B.S. in Architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a certificate in construction management from Pace University in NYC.

“We are delighted to have Michelle join the HAP team as project manager,” said Polack. “Michelle brings an immense amount of knowledge and experience in both commercial and residential real estate, which makes her an excellent choice in her new role as project manager at HAP.”

Arrington joins HAP Investments with 20 years of industry experience working on a variety of projects including, real estate development, acquisition and relocations, and leasing assignments. She most recently held a position at Arrington Realty & Consulting as managing director, and previously worked at Battery Park City Authority as senior project manager, Los Angeles Unified School District as real estate acquisition and relocation consultant, and Ernst & Young as real estate advisor.

“I have followed HAP’s projects over the years, and am thrilled to be a part of the team as project manager. I hope to help them achieve further success in the future as their business continues to grow,” said Arrington.

Michelle holds a M.S in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, with earlier graduate studies at Harvard University, and a B.A. from Middlebury College.
